Nativity Fast Advent Calendar – Acts of Mercy

This is a good option instead of the chocolate calendar for December (extra chocolate before Christmas hardly fits in with fasting)! At TheByzantineLife.com we have a printable where children can colour in a star each day for 24 days. Children can choose an Act of Mercy for each day and colour the star based on which type of merciful act they do. A list of the Acts of Mercy and suggestions for each type are included in our free printable. We chose stars for the shape of each day because of the star leading the Magi to Jesus.

There is a colour printing optimized version and a black and white printing optimized version.
